How we can help you feel better

We help children when they are sad, angry or worried. We can help when bad things have happened or if children have temper tantrums or don’t have friends.

Children who need our help aren’t mad; they just need a little more help to cope with things.

Children and their parents talk to us. Sometimes children show us what they want to say by drawing or playing.

We listen and ask questions. Sometimes we ask children to try things. Sometimes we ask other people to try things. This might be parents or people at school.

Together we will find a way to help.
