How we can help you
We help you when you are sad, angry or worried. We can help you when bad things have happened or if you are upset or don’t have any friends.
Needing our help doesn’t mean you are mad; you just need a little more help to cope with things.
You and your parents or carers can talk to us. Sometimes we might ask you to show us what you can’t say by drawing or playing, if this is easier for you.
We listen and ask questions. Sometimes we might ask you to try things. Sometimes we might ask other people to try things, this might be your parents or carers or people at school.
Together we will find a way to help you.
